Track Trailer has been running its annual Open Day for 5 years now and it just keeps getting better.
This year, for the first time the team at Track Trailer decided to move this event forward to Saturday the 18th of November, to avoid being caught up in the coming Christmas chaos.
For the past 3 months the team at Track Trailer have been quietly working away, making preparations, organising suppliers and arranging displays and their hard work paid off.
The weather was more than kind, bringing with it a broad array of new customers, long time favourites and curious neighbours.
The sausages were sizzling from 10am as the Belgrave South and Heights CFA team worked flawlessly to feed the masses.
The factory tours ran on time and were by far the most popular they’ve ever been requiring the tour leaders to split the groups to ensure the best customer experience.
The Outback HQ team presented not only Track Trailer products, but also highlighting deals on Bolwell RV Edge and Air and James Baroud roof toppers.
Track Trailer and Outback HQ suppliers were represented in force showcasing canvas design, latch, slide and locking mechanisms and offering special deals on in stock items such as jerry cans, ARB gear and premium antennas.
Customers were greeted at the entrance and given the opportunity to enter the door prize raffle which featured some amazing prizes donated from Track Trailer suppliers, including but not limited to a Weber BBQ from Britannia with slides from Concept Latch and Lock, ARB chairs, Proquip jerry cans, travel vouchers from WUDU, NARVA LED lamps, Koni voucher from Topformance and a Club 4×4 insurance voucher.
Entertainment throughout the day was provided by Blackwood, a three-piece rock band playing hits from the 70s to today.
Wandering through the yard customers were greeted by our newest hire agent Oz Satellite Rentals with their shiny new Tvan, David and Cheryl Banks who write our blog and are currently on their second lap of Australia and the Track Trailer Shitbox Rally Time Machine which is raising funds for the Cancer Council.
It was a great day which was thoroughly enjoyed by all and a huge success highlighting the time invested by Track Trailer and Outback HQ staff.
We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to our suppliers for exhibiting, without whom the day would not have been such a success and of course our customers and friends for attending the Open Day and for their continued support of Track Trailer and Outback HQ.
